2.1 These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and nojili. Your continued use of the nojili platform following publication of any amendments shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2.2 These Terms must be read in conjunction with nojili's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform from time to time. In the event of any conflict, these Terms shall prevail unless a game-specific or promotion-specific rule expressly states otherwise.
2.3 nojili reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the contact information on file at least seven (7) calendar days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive from PAGCOR.
2.4 If you disagree with any revised Terms, your sole remedy is to close your account and cease using the nojili platform.
Access to and use of the nojili platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged twenty-one (21) years and above. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR and the applicable laws of the Republic of the Philippines. nojili applies zero tolerance to underage gambling.
3.1 To be eligible to register and use the nojili platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the platform:
3.2 nojili reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation upon request will result in account suspension pending verification, and may result in permanent account closure.
3.3 Any winnings obtained through an account held by a person who does not satisfy the eligibility criteria — including but not limited to underage players — shall be void and forfeited. nojili reserves the right to recover any funds paid out in connection with ineligible accounts.
3.4 nojili employs age verification technology and manual review processes to detect and prevent underage gambling. Accounts exhibiting indicators of underage use will be suspended immediately pending investigation.
4.1 Each individual may register only one (1) nojili account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed, and any associated balances or bonuses may be forfeited at nojili's discretion.
4.2 During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:

5.3 You must immediately notify nojili's customer support team if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorized party, or if your login credentials have been compromised. nojili will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon notification.
5.4 nojili will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from nojili requesting your password should be reported to our support team immediately.
5.5 All activity conducted through your nojili account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility. nojili shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access that results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.
6.1 nojili accepts deposits through the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online, BDO Online Transfer, Metrobank Online, InstaPay, PESONet, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and such other methods as nojili may introduce from time to time.
6.2 The minimum deposit amount is one hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100). Specific payment methods may have higher minimum thresholds as indicated at the point of deposit.
6.3 All deposits to your nojili account must originate from a payment method registered in your own legal name. Depositing funds from accounts belonging to third parties is strictly prohibited.
6.4 nojili does not charge fees on deposits. Transaction fees imposed by your bank, GCash, or other payment providers are separate from nojili's platform and are your responsibility.
6.5 nojili reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming the source of funds for deposits that trigger nojili's anti-money laundering (AML) screening thresholds. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.
6.6 In compliance with PAGCOR's AML requirements and the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended), nojili is obligated to report certain transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). By depositing funds on the nojili platform, you consent to such reporting obligations.
Deposits made via GCash and Maya are credited to your nojili balance in real time upon confirmation. Minimum ₱100 applies. nojili does not charge fees on GCash deposits — standard GCash transaction fees as set by GCash apply separately.
7.1 Withdrawals from your nojili account are subject to the following conditions:
7.2 nojili processes withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya within fifteen (15) minutes on average for fully KYC-verified accounts during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to the receiving bank's processing schedule.

7.5 Withdrawals will only be paid to the payment method used for the most recent deposit, or a method verified as belonging to the account holder, as a safeguard against fraud.
8.1 nojili offers bonuses and promotions subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. Where there is a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall apply to that offer.
8.2 Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all nojili promotional offers:

10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nojili platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

Where required by applicable law or regulatory directive, nojili will disclose player account information and transaction records to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the player.
11.1 nojili is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling and the prevention of gambling-related harm. nojili acknowledges that gambling can become problematic for a minority of players and maintains tools and procedures designed to support players in managing their gambling behavior.

12.1 All content on the nojili platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software code, database structures, and audiovisual material — is the intellectual property of nojili or its licensors, and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
12.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the nojili platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
12.3 You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, publish, broadcast, or create derivative works from any nojili content without nojili's prior written consent.
12.4 The nojili name, logo, and associated marks are the property of nojili. Nothing in these Terms or on the nojili platform grants you any rights to use nojili's trademarks, trade names, or branding without express written authorization.
13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, nojili's total liability to you in connection with your use of the nojili platform — whether arising from contract, tort, statute, or any other legal theory — shall not exceed the total amount of real money deposits made by you to your nojili account during the three (3) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

14.1 nojili reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
14.2 Upon termination of your account, nojili will process a return of any verified Real Money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification and nojili's standard AML review procedures.
14.3 You may close your nojili account voluntarily at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.
15.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the PAGCOR Charter (Presidential Decree No. 1869, as amended), the Electronic Commerce Act (Republic Act No. 8792), the Data Privacy Act (Republic Act No. 10173), and the Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).
15.2 In the event of any dispute between you and nojili arising from or relating to these Terms, your account, or your use of the nojili platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through nojili's internal complaints procedure. To initiate a complaint, contact nojili customer support at [email protected] with a detailed description of the dispute.
15.3 nojili commits to providing a written response to all formally lodged complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.
15.4 Disputes not resolved through the internal complaints procedure may be referred to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution mechanism, as the applicable regulatory authority.
15.5 The courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that proceeds to litigation, with venue in the appropriate court having jurisdiction over the relevant subject matter.
16.1 nojili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, nojili will provide at least seven (7) calendar days' advance notice to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, except where changes are required by PAGCOR directive, applicable law, or urgent operational necessity.
16.2 Non-material clarifications, typographical corrections, and formatting updates may be made without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent amendment in all cases.
16.3 Your continued use of the nojili platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the nojili platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 14.3.
